Obituary of Robert V. Papale
Robert was born on Long Island, N.Y. on Valentine’s Day in 1961 to Louis and Joan Papale. Known as Bob, Uncle Bobby or Bobby Lee Myles to his sisters, nephews, nieces and many, many friends, he was loved by all. Bob started working at his dad’s transmission shop after graduating from Seton Hall Prep and never looked back. He took over the business after his dad passed away 25 years ago and helped it continue to grow into the successful Lee Myles franchise that it is today.
When he found time to get away, you could find him at Jenkinson’s in Pt. Pleasant, the Banana Boat in Boyton Beach, or almost always at the Reservoir in South Orange where he will be greatly missed ( please order a Tony’s Salad and have a glass of wine in his memory!). Robert was relentless in helping family and friends and his generosity will never be forgotten. Robert is survived by his sister Kathleen Petrillo and her husband Joseph, his sister JoAnn Hari, his nephew Michael Petrillo and his wife Michelle, his nephew Christopher Petrillo and his wife Melissa, his nieces, Amanda Hari and Rachel Ramirez and her husband, Michael. He is also survived by his sister-in-law, Carole Papale and his great nephew, Matthew Petrillo and his great nieces Lilyana Ramirez and Quinn Petrillo. He was predeceased by his parents, his brother, Louis Papale and his brother-in-law, Keith Hari. .
Visiting for Robert "Bobby", will be held on Sunday June 8th from 2:00 to 6:00 PM
