Antonio Cartagena Jr. 

January 21, 1960 to June 18, 2025

Antonio was born in Boonton NJ on Jauary 21, 1960. Unfortunately Antonio passed away suddenly on Wednesday June 18,2025 surrounded by his daughter, son, grandson and  friend .He was an amazing father and grandfather. Antonio was one out of seven children. He went to Marie H. Katzenbach school for the deaf.  He was a huge part of the deaf community and boonton community , almost everyone knew of him. He would always go out of his way to help people in need.

He was predecease by his parents Carmen Ortiz and Antonio Cartagena Sir also his daughter MaryJayne and sisters Wanda and Myrna.

He is survived by his daughter Suzette and son Tony and grandson Elijah .His siblings Lucy, Ana, Virginia and Ubardo. He will truly be missed by all his friends and family. His burial will be July 12th, at St. Marys cemetery at 11a.m. and after there will be a memorial to be determined location. Public who has helped the family and loved Antonio are welcome at burial.
