Obituary of Diane L Wade

Please share a memory of Diane to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

Diane L. Wade, a devoted Christian, beloved wife, mother, sister, and grandmother, passed away surrounded by the love of her family. Born in Reading, Pennsylvania, Diane spent her early years rooted in faith, family, and music—a passion that blossomed during her junior and senior years of high school, when she performed as a violinist with the Ridgewood Symphony.

Diane later settled in New Jersey, making her home in New Brunswick and Montville before moving to Boonton, where she lived for the remainder of her life. She built a distinguished career in banking and served as Senior Vice President at PNC Bank in West Paterson, New Jersey, where she was respected for her leadership, dedication, and professionalism.

Diane is survived by her loving husband, Michael J. Wade, and her cherished daughter, Colleen Bator. She leaves behind two adored grandchildren, Jack and Ryleigh Bator, who brought joy and light into her life.

She is also survived by her father, Norman Persing Sr.; her siblings—sisters Sharon Peterson and her husband Don, and Pam Donovan; and her brothers Craig Persing and his wife JoAnne, Norman Persing Jr. and his wife Debbie, and Kenny Persing and his wife Nancy.

Diane was preceded in death by her Mother, Beverly Steinhauser.

Diane will be remembered for her strength, her kindness, her unwavering love for her family, and her deep faith. Her memory will continue to live on in all who knew and loved her.
