Florence G. “Chucky” Marone, 81

Florence G. Marone, (nee Payton), 81, of Sparta, formerly of West Orange passed away on Sunday, January 12, 2020.  

Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 16, 2020 from 4 -8 PM, with the Funeral Services at 7:30 PM at The Dangler Funeral Home of West Orange, 340 Main Street in West Orange. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her name to; American Cancer Society, 906 South Springfield Ave., Springfield, NJ 07081.

Interment will be on Friday, January 17, 2020 at 10:30 AM at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Hanover.

Chucky was born in Orange and raised in West Orange before moving to Sparta 15 years ago. She worked as a Records Clerk for General Accident Insurance in Florham Park.

Chucky was the devoted mother of Angela Kay, Paula Coyne and her husband Jeff, and Nick Marone. Loving sister of Delia Tortorella, Robert Payton, Marie De Piano, Adam Renzulli, Junior Renzulli, Lydia Renzulli, and the late Anna Funicelli. Cherished grandmother of 8, great grandmother of 7, she is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
