Margaret “Peggy” Palumbo, 65

Margaret “Peggy” Palumbo (nee Daly), 65, of Millburn passed away on Saturday, January 25, 2020 surrounded by her loving family.

Visiting will be held on Thursday, January 30, 2020 from 4 to 8 PM at The Dangler Funeral Home of West Orange, 340 Main Street in West Orange. In lieu of flowers, donations in Peg’s name can be made to: Ovarian Cancer Research Alliance, 14 Pennsylvania Plaza, Suite 2110, New York, NY 10122.

A Funeral Mass will be offered on Friday, January 31, 2020 at St. Rose of Lima Church, 50 Short Hills Ave., in Short Hills.  Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Hanover.

Peggy was born and raised in Orange before moving to Millburn 35 years ago. Along with raising her family, she was a School Bus Aide, working for Millburn Board of Education.

Peggy was the beloved wife of 35 years to Patsy Palumbo. Devoted mother of Daniel and his wife Jennifer, and Nancy Palumbo. Cherished grandmother of Scarlett. Loving sister of William Daly, Robert Daly, Mary Phillips, Jeanne Daly, Stephen Daly, Patrick Daly, and the late Michael, James, and Kathleen. Peggy is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and countless friends.
