Obituary of Melvin Brydon

Melvin Brydon, 89

Melvin Brydon, 89, of Paramus passed away on Sunday, April 12, 2020.  

Due to the recommended safety measures caused by the Coronavirus, Funeral Services are being privately arranged by The Dangler Funeral Home of West Orange. The family will be having a service to celebrate Mel’s life at a later date. Letters of condolence may be posted at danglerfuneralhome.com.

Mel was born in Orange, and lived in Rutherford and East Rutherford, He was a fork lift operator working for US Printing Ink Corp. in East Rutherford.  Mr. Brydon proudly served in the United States Army during the Korean War, received the Korean War Service Medal. He was a member of the Printing Specialties & Paper Products Union Local #4475. Mel’s ancestors were one of the founding families of West Orange.

Mel was the cherished brother of Eleanor Brydon, Raymond, Victor, Alvin, Russell, Herbert, Joyce Fallon, and Ruth Stoner. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Interment will take place on Sunday, June 12, 2022 at 11:00 Am at Rosedale Cemetery in Montclair.
