Edgar Cantor, 58

Edgar Cantor, 58, of Union Township, formerly of Monroe and Orange, passed away on Thursday, October 21, 2021.   

Visiting will be held on Thursday, October 28, 2021 from 5:0 to 8:00 PM at The Dangler Funeral Home of West Orange, 340 Main Street.

A Funeral Mass will be offered on Friday, October 29, 2021 at 11:00 AM at St. John’s Church, 94 Ridge Street in Orange.  Cremation will be private.  

Edgar was born in Bogota, Colombia, he was raised in Orange NJ, raised his family in Monroe before moving to Union Township. Edgar was a Marble Fabricator working for Wilkstone in Paterson. He was an avid Dallas Cowboy and Cincinnati Reds fan and loved soccer.

Edgar was the beloved son of Marina Cantor and the late Carlos Cantor. Devoted father of Dominque Cantor, Jessica Cardenas, and Nicholas Cantor. Cherished grandfather of Alexander. Loving brother of Luz Cantor, Carlos Cantor, Gladys Montano, Richard Cantor, and Nelson Cantor.
