Obituary of Carol Ann McManus

Carol Ann McManus, 73 Carol Ann McManus, (nee Reinhardt), 73, of Point Pleasant, formerly of West Orange, passed away on Thursday July 24, 2014, surrounded by her loving family. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday July 29, 2014 at the Dangler Funeral Home of West Orange, 340 Main Street in West Orange at 9:00 AM. Then to Our Lady of Lourdes for the Funeral Mass at 10:00 AM. Interment will be private. Visiting will be Monday from 2-4 & 6-8 PM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Carol's name to Memorial Sloan Kettering, 1275 York Ave, New York, NY 10065. Carol was born in Orange and raised in West Orange before moving to Point Pleasant 14 years ago. She worked in human resources for PSE&G in Newark, before retiring 12 years ago. Carol was the beloved wife of the late William "Butch" McManus. Devoted mother of Laura Wabeke (Chris), Richard Williamson, Lisa Nasta (Tony) and James Williamson (Sandy). Loving step-mother of Elizabeth Morano, Jennifer Raggi and Anthony McManus. Predeceased by her parents, Frederick and Hazel. Loving sister of the late Edith Bowman, Frederick, Mildred Yantorn, Kenneth, Robert, Richard, Roger, William, Walter, Donald, George, Margaret Kelly and Earl Reinhardt. Cherished grandmother of Betsy, Richie, Anthony, Shannon, Ryan and Grace. Cherished step-grandmother of Matthew, Madison, Hailey, Jared, Jason and Liam. She is also survived by many friends, nieces and nephews.
