Jack's last email to me was on March 14th and his last words were "All will be fine in time, stay in touch." So, when I received the text from Kathy on April 25th that Jack passed away, I had to sit down as I was shaking and my eyes were filling with tears. Though we were 1,200 miles apart and haven't seen each other for over two years I felt we were so very close as friends. My wife, Jacqy and I worked with Jack at Willis & Paul / Watkins Engineering for 24 years. The memories of project related travel, golf outings galore, a little fishing, card games and just so many great times together makes it difficult to say good bye. I'm going to miss you my dear friend. Save me a spot in one of those foursomes I know your setting up. There should be plenty of wine up there so I'll bring along some bourbon. God Bless.
