I am thinking of you all and your dearest brother. The memories of us as young first cousins stay close to my heart always --at grandma and grandpa Marcello's home on Division Street on Sundays, at the Fireman's Parade and Festivities, at the pool at Uncle Tony's house, at gatherings at Uncle Joey's backyard and at our very special Marcello family reunion when we were so young.
The beautiful endearing love between our dear mothers and fathers will always tie us together!
With all my love and warmth to you all,
Chrissy Payack

Dearest Boonton Bob,
You were an absolute light in what were my darkest days. You made things simple and relatable when I was overwhelmed and always made me feel like I can do this. Your story and sharing encouraged me, made me laugh and cry, and most importantly helped me get through the days I just didn't think I could get through. And you did this for so many. An absolute AA legend who exemplified every day what "giving back what was so freely given to you" means. I will miss your smile and sweet demeanor more than you know. I will make you proud by making myself proud. 274 days and counting. Love you friend.

Cousin Cat was the oldest of our 5 Tony and Smitty Marcello cousins. Myself and my five brothers were very close with these cousins as it was our fathers who were partner's in the original Marcello Brothers Sporting goods Store on Main Street in Boonton. For 25 years our Dads shared this partnership until the mid 70s when my Dad cashed in his partnership and our Cousins Cat, Billy and Danny stepped up to help run the store with their dad.
We shared lots of fun times together at family events in the 50s and 60s until starting families of our own became a common priority which had us seeing much less of each other. Being a fellow brother Knight I can say that all his family has written in his memory is so very very true and quite possibly an understatement.
My wife and I sharing many years of sobriety with Cat gave us much to talk about when ever our paths would cross which of course was frequently. Sharing our mutual experience strength and hope over the last 20 years was a gift of sobriety and Cat was a miracle who had plenty to share.
I ve got lots of OLMC school memories With Debbie, Billy and Bob and for four years at BHS cousin Kathy had the seat behind me everyday in home room.
I’ve shared a photo which most likely was taken at one or our Marcello Family gatherings I’d put it sometime around 1963. Cousins Cat and Billy are holding me down while Kathy plants a kiss. Oh the memories!!
I’m truly going to miss Cousin Cat and my Heart and prayers to out to my Cousins and Cat’s three beautiful Daughters
Love you all….. Cousin Jody!

To my dear, great, fun-loving friend and Walter J. Barrett's K Of C #1954 "perpetual Grand Knight," you will be missed, but may we meet again! So many great memories of softball games, K Of C meetings (and Uncle Floyd nights), planning tailgates together and season tickets together at the Meadowlands for college hoops and football games! Always proud to be part of our K of C team raising money for charities as you did for other organizations as well. Proud to be your friend for so many years!

Bob had a good heart and a ready smile. I will miss bumping into him when I am Home. He was a fixture in Boonton.
So glad I saw him Memorial Day weekend and he made sure we hugged hello - and goodbye.
