Barry William Costello, 79

Barry William Costello, 79 formerly of Boonton, NJ, resident of Lakewood, NJ passed away peacefully on Sunday, July 7 at Ocean University Hospital in Brick, NJ.

Barry was formerly an active member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, Boonton, NJ and had been ordained a Deacon in 1978.  He was an active member in the senior community where he resided often entertaining residents with his music skills on the harmonica.  He loved a good joke, listening to the radio, dining out with other residents, joining in activities i.e. Trivia and visiting with family and the family pets.

He is predeceased by his parents James and Edith Costello, nephew James Costello and brother-in-law Joseph Stanilious.  He is survived by his sister, Beverly Stanilious, brother James (Vickie) Costello, nieces Jennifer (Ron) David, Debra Lasher and nephews Thomas (Kimberly) Costello, Tyler Costello, Joe Stanilious, Jim (Amy) Stanilious, Jeremy Stanilious and great nephews and nieces.

Visitation July 15th at Dangler Lewis & Carey Funeral Home, 312 West Main St., Boonton, NJ from 12 to 3.

Celebration of Life to be held at a future date.
