Robert Joseph Farrell, 80

Robert J. Farrell “Bob”, 80, passed away on Saturday November 9, 2024.

Visiting for Bob will be held on Sunday, November 17, 2024 for 2:00 to 5:00 PM at Dangler Funeral Home of West Orange, 340 Main St. in West Orange.

A Funeral Mass will be offered on Monday November 18, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 1 Eagle Rock Ave. in West Orange, burial will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Hanove.

Bob was born in Orange and was raised in East Orange before moving to West Orange many years ago. He graduated for Clifford Scott High School and worked for the United States Postal Service as a Postal Carrier, working out of Glen Ridge.

Robert was the beloved son of the late William P. and Florence Farrell. Loving brother of William P. Farrell and his wife, the late Joan Farrell  Michael Farrell and his wife Maryalice Farrell, and the late Thomas Farrell and survived by sister-in-law Marianne Farrell. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews: Christine Farrell, Allison & Butch Fleming, Michael & Jessica Farrell, Sean & Courtney Farrell, Meghan & Tim Haggerty, Maureen & Luke Burns, Carey Anne & Neal Shankman, Liam & Lisa Farrell, Kevin Farrell & Lily Corwin Farrell. Grand nieces and nephews; Colleen Bradley, Meghan Bradley, Blake Rachbach, Nicholas Fleming, Jenna Fleming, Kylie Farrell, Zoey Farrell, Elliot Farrell, William Farrell, Catherine Haggerty, Timmy Haggerty, Caroline Burns, Avaleigh Burns, Molly Farrell, Owen Farrell, Joshua Farrell and Oscar Farrell.
