My sincere condolences at Evy's passing. I am Al and Marion Ritter's daughter. Both my parents originally worked for "Mr. Feldman" at 14 Northfield. When he died, they continued working for Evy and Ivan. After my mother died, my father would go to the beauty parlor every day to hang out with everyone. And he would go to the bank and make the daily deposits. Al also enjoyed a "medicinal" shot of Southern Comfort with Ivan on occasion!!!!
Evy was so fond of my father. As he was of her. Evy was/is a wonderful soul. I am happy that our families crossed paths.
