Obituary of Margaret Lucy Murphy

Margaret Lucy Murphy, 91 Margaret Murphy, (nee Bogert), 91, of West Orange passed away on Saturday February 13, 2016. Visiting will be held on Tuesday February 16, 2016 from 4 to 8 PM. at the Dangler Funeral Home of West Orange, 340 Main Street in West Orange. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Margaret's name to: West Orange PAL PO Box 71 TCB, West Orange, NJ 07052. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday February 17, 2016 at 8:30 AM at the Funeral Home, followed by a 9:30 AM Funeral Mass at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 1 Eagle Rock Ave. in West Orange. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Hanover. Margaret was born in Orange, raised in West Orange living in Brick for15 years before moving back to West Orange in 2012. Margaret dedicated her life to her family, her loving husband the late Michael and her 10 children. Margaret was the beloved wife of the late Michael Joseph Murphy. Devoted mother of Margaret Dooley and her husband Joseph, Lynn Westwood and her husband Michael, Gail Piazza and her husband Joseph, Joseph and his wife Julie, Sharon Longo and her husband Frank, Kevan and his wife Nancy, Brian hand his wife Janice, Keith and his wife Kim, Diane Cassidy and her husband Michael. She is predeceased by her daughter Catherine Raymond and granddaughter Nicole Longo . Cherished grandmother of 18 and great-grandmother of 17. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
