Joseph Marcel Despeine, 83 Joseph Marcel Despeine, 83, of West Orange passed away on Sunday, June 5, 2016. Visitation will be held at the Dangler Funeral Home of West Orange, 340 Main Street in West Orange on Saturday, June 11, 2016 from 9:00 am to 11:00 AM. Then to Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 1 Eagle Rock Ave. in West Orange for the Funeral Mass at 11:30 AM. Cremation will be private. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the National Kidney Foundation 30 East 33rd Street #3 New York, NY 10016. Joseph was born in Jeremie Haiti, moving to the United States in 1970, living in East Orange and Roselle before moving to West Orange. He was the Maintenance Engineer, working for Essex County Hospital in Cedar Grove. He previously worked for Meadowlands Hospital. Joseph was the devoted father of Solito Despeine, Irmine Despeine, Mirlene Despeine, Madine Despeine, Joseph Despeine Jr., Helene Pasteur, Patrick Despeine, and Fadia Despeine. Cherished grandfather of 12. He is also survived by several brothers, sisters and many nieces and nephews.
