To the family of Mary Roth:
To quote a famous line from my favorite movie "No man is a failure who has friends!"
You mom has touched so many lives, even more than she knew, but she knows now! She was a wonderful, inspiring person, beautiful inside and out & it is reflected in all of you!
Your mom will be missed by so many people!
Believe me, I know the pain you're feeling but keep reminding yourselves she is reunited with your dad, happy & pain-free. Let this be comforting to you, as well as knowing you are all in everyone's thoughts & prayers.

Dear Mary, Patti, Eileen, Sheila & Christine - Please accept my deepest sympathy on the passing of your mother. Unfortunately, I will not be able to personally convey my condolences due to my work schedule and covering a vacation relief. I have so many fond memories of your Mom from Grant Terrace. What a fantastic neighborhood we shared. Your mother was such an amazing woman and such a pleasure to be around. You have my deepest sympathy. Your mother will truly be missed. Dear Mary, Pattie, Eileen, Sheila & Christine - Please accept our deepest condolences on the passing of your Mom. Mary was a genuine Irish Lady! We met your Mom the day we moved into Kirk Street in a monsoon. Your Mom and Aunt Kathleen brought plastic runners for our rugs, sandwiches, Irish Soda bread, and a large pot of meatballs and gravy. We will never forget her kindness, generosity and willingness to lend a helping hand. Her smile could light up a room! May the beautiful memories you shared with her be a source of comfort during this difficult time. They say when a loved one passes, that a new Angel gets their wings in Heaven. Know that you have a very special Angel watching over all of you. Again, our deepest sympathy on the passing of a wonderful Lady!

Sorry I am unable to attend services for Mary. I am currently out-of-state attending a union conference. Mary was a jewel of a woman. She was always supportive of me personally, and of all things, good and decent especially those that embodied her Irish Heritage. The success of a persons life is their family - To the O'Hara's and Roth's, you have lost a great woman; but continue to emulate her legacy and you'll have a successful life. God Bless Mary!
Your Friend, Thomas P. Giblin
