Obituary of Francis P. Fahy

Francis P. Fahy February 16, 1953- January 12, 2017 Francis P. Fahy,63, passed away on Thursday January 12, 2017 in Andover, New Jersey. Visiting for Francis will be held on Friday , January 20, 2017 from 9:00 _10:30 AM, then to Saint John's Church, Ridge Street in Orange, for the Funeral Mass at 11:00 AM. Interment will follow at Saint John's Cemetery in Orange. Francis was born on February 16, 1953 in Montclair, New Jersey where he was raised with his nine brothers and sisters. He graduated from Immaculate Conception High School where he broke records as a member of the cross country and track and field teams. He worked at New York Life in New York City and Nighlands Art Store in Montclair, New Jersey. He was predeceased by his parents, Francis and Maxine (nee Fernald) Fahy and his siblings; Ann Fahy, Joseph Fahy, and Paul Fahy. He is survived by his dear siblings, Michael Fahy, John Fahy and his wife Bonny, Virginia Mary Chisholm and her husband Tom, Patrick Fahy and his companion Helga Breece, Catherine Shaw and her husband Andrew, Rita Kane and her husband Jim, his sister-in laws, Kim Fahy, Maureen Urmy and her husband Bryan, along with many cherished nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his loving Aunt Muriel (Fernald) McHugh and numerous cousins. He will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
