Obituary of Brian Walter Coughlin

Brian Walter Coughlin, 61 Brian Walter Coughlin, 61, of Glen Ridge, NJ passed away peacefully on September 2, 2017. Visitation will be held Friday September 8, 2017 from 4:00 to 8:00 PM at The Dangler Funeral Home of West Orange, 340 Main Street, West Orange, NJ. A Funeral Mass will be offered on Saturday September 9, 2017 at 9:30 AM at Our Lady of Lourdes Church, 1 Eagle Rock Ave. in West Orange. Cremation will be private Brian was born in Orange, NJ to the late Walter and Mary Coughlin (nee Karabin) on April 25, 1956. He attended Mountain High School in West Orange, NJ and graduated in 1974. Brian was a dedicated groundskeeper for Caldwell High School for over 25 years. A veteran, Brian was extremely proud to have served his country. His favorite pastimes included exploring Bloomfield, NJ, purchasing new tools, and enjoying a good cup of coffee with his friends and family members. Brian is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Jaclyn and Kevin Quinn of the Bronx, NY and siblings Gary Coughlin, Marybeth and Hugh Curry, Colleen and Armand Barsanti, Valerie Coughlin, Greg and Colleen Coughlin and many cherished nieces and nephews.
