HEARTFELT SORROW TO THE FAMILY OF PETER GREENE,
GONE BUT NOT FORGOTTEN. WE REMEMBER PETER GREENE, BROTHER, UNCLE, NEPHEW, AND GOOD FRIEND OF OUR LADY OF THE VALLEY PARISH. HE WAS AN ACTIVE MEMBER OF OUR LADY OF THE VALLEY'S HEALTH & WELLNESS MINISTRY. HE WALKED MANY YEARS IN THE MINISTRY'S MAKING STRIDES AGAINST CANCER WALK. AS A PHOTOGRAPHER, HE TOOK PHOTOS OF HISTORICAL BUILDINGS AND NATURE WHICH WERE SUBMITTED TO THE HISTORICAL SOCIETY. HE HAD A ZEST FOR LIFE AND GOD'S WONDERS WHICH WAS EVIDENCED IN HIS POETRY. HE SHARED HIS TIME, GIFTS AND TALENTS AND WOULD PASS OUT ROSARIES AT THE NURSING HOME. WE WILL MISS HIM.
A MAN OF COURAGE, FOR HE FOUGHT A GOOD FIGHT. HE HAS FINISHED THE RACE. DEAR LORD, WE THANK YOU FOR PETER, HIS KINDNESS AND GENEROSITY. HIS LOVE OF HUMANITY AND ALL CREATION. WE THANK YOU LORD FOR THE LOVE THAT KNOWS IT CANNOT LOOSE ITS OWN. tHE LOVE THAT LOOKING THROUGH THE SHADOWS SEES THAT yOU AND OUR DEAR FRIEND PETER ARE FOREVER ONE.
TO THE FAMILY, WE EXTEND SYMPATHY. MAY YOUR SORROW BE LIGHTENED BY THE LOVE OF GOD AND THE COMFORT OF FAMILY AND FRIENDS. OUR PRAYERS ARE WITH YOU ALL.
MAY GOD BLESS
OUR LADY OF THE VALLEY HEALTH & WELLNESS MINISTRY
